Week 2 at a glance!

Good morning!

We are back from the Minnesota School Board Association’s Conference in Minneapolis, and the kids did a great job present FIRST and Robotics as a whole with the Superintendents, School Board Members, and other Admin/Exhibitors from around the state!  It was a great opportunity and the kids had a great experience talking with so many adults!

This weeks Robotics schedule looks like the following: 

Monday – No Meeting – MLK JR Day
Tuesday – After school – End by 3:45PM 
Wednesday – No Meeting
Thursday – After School – End by 5:45PM
Friday – After School – End around 7PM
Saturday – Start 9:30AM – End around 3PM **** Let me Know if you can make it!  If not, We won’t meet***

As for an update, our team managed to build the shooting/scoring structure for the main game last week, and on Saturday through the course of our build session, our two halves of a Drive Train have been built.  This week we will look to finish Chassis Assembly, and also Start our Electronics.  The goal would be by early next week having a drivable chassis so the Team can practice how it moves!
